Over the past 15 years, Mr. Jones has sold and marketed more than $15 billion of office, industrial, land and mixed-use assets. His experience includes 100% fee simple partial interest recapitalizations and joint venture transactions.
Mr. Jones joined Newmark after 14 years at CBRE, where he most recently served as a senior vice president in the Investment Properties/Institutional Group. In this role, he was continuously recognized as a top producing investment professional.
Prior to the Investment Properties/Institutional Group, Mr. Jones worked with CBRE Asset Services, overseeing a national client’s investment portfolio. His responsibilities included producing quarterly valuations for a commercial portfolio totaling more than 14 million square feet.
In addition, Mr. Jones previously worked at the Archon Group, a Goldman Sachs Company responsible for reporting and operations of a $500 million portfolio of assets. While at the Archon Group, he focused on investment property management and financial underwriting.
