Mr. Fulp has received industry designations from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and CCIM Institute, and is a member of the NAIOP, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Mr. Fulp earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from California State University, Sacramento. He is also a graduate of the Sacramento Entrepreneurship Academy. During this time, he was also the starting scrumhalf for the 2000 Collegiate Division II National Rugby Champions.

Ryan Tetrault joined Newmark in February 2018 as an Associate on the Newmark Private Capital Group. Throughout his tenure with the Private Capital Group, Mr. Tetrault has been involved in the disposition and marketing of over $800 million worth of office, industrial, and retail property across the Western United States.
Mr. Tetrault holds a California Salesperson License and specializes in working with private investors, family offices, and institutions to help execute seamless single-asset and portfolio-level investment sales transactions. Additionally, Mr. Tetrault has been an integral component in growing and managing the Private Capital Group database, underwriting, and marketing outreach efforts for the 15-member team.
Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Tetrault competed on various worldwide professional golf tours and qualified for four consecutive United States Amateur Championships. Mr. Tetrault attended California State University, Fullerton where he was a Dean’s List recipient and helped the Titans capture eight team titles and two Big West Championships as member of the Men’s Golf Team.
In his free time Mr. Tetrault enjoys weight training, various physical pursuits, fashion, and filmography.
