Sean is based in Los Angeles and leads the Newmark Private Capital Group, which focuses on selling small and mid-sized office, industrial and multifamily properties throughout the Western U.S.

Throughout his career, Sean has completed over 500 transactions worth more than $5 billion in total consideration.

In 2017 and 2018, he received Chairman’s Circle 100 distinction, which is awarded to the Top 100 Producers across Newmark nationally. In 2020, Sean and his team facilitated almost 30 sales transactions spanning various product types and markets despite the turbulent market conditions caused by COVID-19.

​Previously, Mr. Fulp worked at Rockwood Real Estate Advisors where he was Managing Director and Head of Western U.S. Investment Sales. In this role, he built the company’s western U.S. practice and sold assets in all product type categories throughout major western markets such as Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Las Vegas, Phoenix and Denver.

Prior to joining Rockwood, Mr. Fulp was a Managing Director of Cornish & Carey Commercial (acquired by Newmark in 2014) in San Francisco where he focused on institutional office and industrial sales. Between 2010 and 2012 alone, he completed more than $1 billion in transaction volume. From 2004 to 2009, Mr. Fulp was with Cornish & Carey Commercial in Sacramento, where he consistently ranked among the entire company’s Top 20 producers.

Mr. Fulp has received industry designations from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and CCIM Institute, and is a member of the NAIOP, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Mr. Fulp earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from California State University, Sacramento. He is also a graduate of the Sacramento Entrepreneurship Academy. During this time, he was also the starting scrumhalf for the 2000 Collegiate Division II National Rugby Champions.

Ryan Plummer serves as a Managing Director with Newmark on the NFK Private Capital Group, focusing on office and industrial properties valued between $5 and $25 million throughout the Western U.S.

Throughout his 13 year career, Mr. Plummer has been involved in the disposition of more than $3 billion of office, industrial and retail assets throughout the United States.

​Prior to joining Newmark Private Capital Group, Mr. Plummer led Ten-X’s Los Angeles office where he focused on leveraging technology to curate buyers for unique assets.

Mr. Plummer earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in entrepreneurship and real estate finance from University of Southern California. He made the USC Dean’s List and also earned a varsity letter while playing for the USC Rugby team.

Mark Schuessler serves as a Managing Director with Newmark in the Century City office. Mr. Schuessler joined NKF in 2017 and has closed more than 80 sales transactions with total volume in excess of $1.5 billion.

Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Schuessler was part of a specialized dispositions team at CWCapital, where he facilitated the sale of more than $3.9 billion worth of real estate and non-performing CMBS loans across all major asset classes throughout the U.S.

​Mr. Schuessler has a vast pool of experience to draw from, having transacted on both stabilized and distressed assets, with a unique ability to navigate choppy waters and bring buyers and sellers together.

Mr. Schuessler holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Bucknell University.

Ryan Tetrault joined Newmark in February 2018 as an Associate on the Newmark Private Capital Group. Throughout his tenure with the Private Capital Group, Mr. Tetrault has been involved in the disposition and marketing of over $800 million worth of office, industrial, and retail property across the Western United States.

Mr. Tetrault holds a California Salesperson License and specializes in working with private investors, family offices, and institutions to help execute seamless single-asset and portfolio-level investment sales transactions. Additionally, Mr. Tetrault has been an integral component in growing and managing the Private Capital Group database, underwriting, and marketing outreach efforts for the 15-member team.

Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Tetrault competed on various worldwide professional golf tours and qualified for four consecutive United States Amateur Championships. Mr. Tetrault attended California State University, Fullerton where he was a Dean’s List recipient and helped the Titans capture eight team titles and two Big West Championships as member of the Men’s Golf Team.

In his free time Mr. Tetrault enjoys weight training, various physical pursuits, fashion, and filmography.
